1. Who we are
The Brotherhood is a private coaching program by Pasquale Minasi. It is sold by THE MASTER CONSULTING L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”). It is the same company that sells Built Different tickets. Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE · Licence no. 2309402.01. These terms cover this website, the program (Levels 1, 2 and 3) and the private call with Pasquale. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
2. Applications and seats
An application does not create a contract or reserve a seat. Seats are offered at our discretion after the application review and a call. Your seat is confirmed when we accept you and receive your payment or your financing is approved. If you pay for a level without being accepted, we may cancel and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
- Level 3: €50,000 for 6 months.
- Level 2: €25,000 for 3 months.
- Level 1: €10,000 for 3 months.
- Private call: €297 for 30 minutes, 1:1 with Pasquale.
Prices are in euros (EUR). Any taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop. You can pay in full, or finance your seat. Financing is through Whop's partners (Klarna, Splitit, ClarityPay and others, depending on your country and approval). The finance price includes the partner's 20% fee: Level 1 €12,000, Level 2 €30,000. Level 3 financing is arranged on your call. Your financing agreement is between you and the provider.
4. The private call
The private call is a paid 30-minute 1:1 call with Pasquale. You pay, pick a time and answer a short pre-call form. The €297 is credited in full if you join any level. See the call page.
5. Your 14-day right to cancel (EU and UK consumers)
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have 14 days from the purchase to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email info@pasqualeminasi.com with a clear statement. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, to the original payment method.
If you ask us to start inside the 14 days and then cancel, a proportionate amount for the service already given is due. If a service is fully given inside the 14 days at your request, such as a private call that has taken place, the right to cancel ends once it is given, where the law allows. If you buy for your business, this statutory right may not apply.
6. The guarantee
The only guarantee we offer is the conditional 90-day guarantee in the guarantee terms. It is a refund remedy, not a promise of income.
7. Earnings disclaimer
We do not promise any income or result. The guarantee is a refund remedy, not a forecast. Results depend on your effort, market, skills, capital and other factors we cannot control. The results shown are from individual clients and are not typical. You may earn nothing. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice.
8. Testimonials
Testimonials are real clients describing their own results, in their own videos. They show individual results, not typical or expected ones. No client was paid for a testimonial.
9. Chargebacks
Please use the claim process first. We answer within 14 days. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may share our records with the card network or payment provider.
10. Content
All text, video and images on this site belong to Pasquale Minasi or are used with permission. Testimonial videos were recorded by coaching clients. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
11. External links
Links to press articles and third-party services are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content.
12. Changes
The terms in force on the day you buy apply to your purchase. Later changes only apply to later purchases.
13. Disputes and governing law
- Contact us first. We answer within 14 days.
- If we cannot agree, we try mediation together before anything else.
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country applies. Your mandatory consumer rights and the courts of your country are not affected. We do not impose foreign arbitration on consumers.
