Who is responsible

The controller of your data is THE MASTER CONSULTING L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE · Licence no. 2309402.01. Contact: info@pasqualeminasi.com.

What we collect

• Applications: the answers you give in the application form, such as your name, contact details (email, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle), location, age, your work, income and goals, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Bookings: your name, contact details, the time you book and your answers to the pre-call form.
• Payments: your name, email, what you bought, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled by Whop and its payment partners. We do not see your full card number.
• Members: your action plan, weekly proof, session attendance, and the baseline and results documents described in the guarantee terms.

Why we use it

• To review your application and contact you about a call (steps you ask for before a contract).
• To run your booking, your program and the guarantee (performance of our contract with you).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To handle claims, disputes and chargebacks (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data.

Who processes it for us

• Our own server receives the application and pre-call forms sent from this site, stores them and alerts the team.
• JotForm: the backup application and pre-call forms.
• Whop: checkout and payments, including its financing partners when you choose to finance.
• GoHighLevel: call booking and our CRM, where your answers are added to your contact record.
• Resend: email alerts to our team about new applications.
• Pasquale Minasi's team also receives a WhatsApp notification of new applications.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU and the UK, for example in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Application data is kept up to 24 months. Member and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar, the backup forms on JotForm and the Whop checkout may set cookies they need to work. See their own privacy policies. The forms on this site keep an unsent draft of your answers in your own browser, so a refresh doesn't lose them. It is deleted once you send.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• see the data we hold about you and get a copy
• correct it
• have it deleted
• restrict or object to how it is used
• receive it in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
• complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO)
